Q. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY/SHIPPING PROCESS?
We are available PAN-INDIA (i.e. delivery in any place in India). For overseas delivery, you need to check with us beforehand as delivery is subject to customs regulation. The order will be shipped as per time specified via email.
The shipping cost is dependent on the volume of the object and distance of your city from Ahmedabad. Once the order is shipped, generally, a third party (transporter) is responsible for the delivery.

Q. HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY PRODUCT?
To ensure optimum durability of the product, following advice on the use, care and maintenance of the product and other parts of the product must be followed.
Dampen the brass parts with a soft cloth and let it dry. In case of extreme conditions to remove tarnish, wipe the particular part with a cloth dipped in lukewarm soapy water.
For products with leather, dust gently with a duster or with a soft rag.
Hand-wash your ceramic bowls and plates with a soft sponge after using.
UPHOLSTERY FABRIC (FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS ONLY)
Dirt and dust in the fabric increases break down the fibres and greatly shorten its life. Weekly cleaning with a soft brush inhibits degradation and increases longevity.
